Encore welcomes Stefica Divkovic


Encore has announced the addition of Stefica Divkovic to its global leadership team as managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In her new role, Divkovic will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic plan for the EMEA region.

Divkovic has extensive experience driving business growth, managing operations and transforming corporate cultures in highly competitive environments and places a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. She previously served as the senior vice president of the EMEA region at Everbridge, focusing on scaling customer and partner relationships across the region. Prior to that, Divkovic led Verizon’s DACH and EMEA businesses and she has also held senior leadership positions at other large organisations including T-Systems.
