David Griffiths to take charge of Datapath’s international sales team

David Griffiths has been appointed by Datapath to the role of VP of global sales to take charge of Datapath’s international sales teams, who have their own regional sales managers and operations in America, EMEA and APAC.

Prior to his appointment, Griffiths worked at Christie for over 25 years in two managerial roles. He began working for Christie as a market development manager for control rooms and videowalls for the EMEA region, which was followed by a promotion to the role of the senior director of sales, also for the EMEA region, where he managed the company’s products and solutions teams.

‘Datapath’s expertise in video processing and management is known and respected the world over,’ Griffiths stated. ‘With exciting new products on the horizon, in addition to Datapath’s excellent current offering, I am looking forward to working with my new global colleagues and achieving great things together.’

Bjorn Krylander, managing director at Datapath, added: ‘The current global situation requires the best team to lead us forward. This is a key management position for us and we are delighted that we have acquired the highest possible calibre with David’s appointment. He has excellent insight of our key markets, comprehensive technical knowledge, and a broad industry network.
