Broadcast Pix makes Sharp decision

Broadcast Pix’s board of directors has elected Graham Sharp as its newest director. He will be helping the board to transform the company to provide video production and streaming solutions for broadcasters, educators, corporate and government clients.

Sharp joined Broadcast Pix in August 2019 as its CEO, which led to his appointment onto the board. He has over 30 years of experience in media technology and business development, working for companies such as RampRate IT Sourcing & Cloud, Vitec Group and Avid.

‘The board is impressed with the progress that Graham has made to revitalise the company and revamp its suite of product offerings,’ said Kenneth Merritt, chairman of Broadcast Pix. 'We look forward to working with him on his exciting plans for the coming year.’

Sharp commented: ‘Broadcast Pix have some great technology, particularly the flexibility of the control interfaces and the automation of complex production tasks. We intend to empower the next generation of content producers (who are not necessarily broadcast trained) to deliver highly professional content using solutions that are easy to use and deploy at an affordable price point.’
