Broadcast management company Operative has appointed Said Bacho to the position of senior vice president of the EMEA region. He has joined Operative on a full-time basis after his previous engagement with the company as a consultant, during which he contributed to the development of Operative’s go-to-market strategy in EMEA. His new role will involve managing Operative’s business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as India with an emphasis on growing its regional sales and account management teams.

Bacho previously worked as the chief of business development and marketing officer with Snell Advanced Media, the senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Middle East, Africa and South Asia with Imagine Communications and GatesAir as well as the managing director of the Middle East and North Africa with Avid.
