ARX takes centre stage

Cyprus:

V Hypersound and Light has recently been chosen to distribute ARX products, such as the Pro-DI Active Direct Box and the MSX-48 Microphone Splitter, at the Nicosia Municipality Theatre in Cyprus. V Hypersound and Light was assigned with the implementation of the theatre lighting, sound, a music and announcement system, ring intercom system, stage engineering, acoustic shell, orchestra lift, stage managers desk system and a CCTV system for the stage.

The Nicosia Municipality Theatre was recently re-opened after a roof collapse in 2008 and lay derelict until 2017 when renovation work started. Officially opened on June 18 2019 by President Nicos Anastaiades, the theatre now has a seating capacity of 1,000, making it the largest in Cyprus. In addition to the ARX MSX-48 16 channel mic/line splitter, which the Australian manufacturer states has proven to be a popular choice for theatre and theatre productions, V Hypersound and Light also specified products from other brands, including Chauvet Professional, Renkus-Heinz and Ashly Audio, as part of the project.
